Moving from Chicago to Denver

Lisa Reich is a licensed Broker Associate with RE/MAX Alliance. A fourth generation Colorado native, Lisa was born in Denver and raised in Arvada. Thanks to her experience in construction consulting where Lisa obtained a solid foundation of managing contracts and negotiations, she is a seasoned contract professional who understands the importance of budgets and the bottom line.
A die-hard Denver Broncos fan, in her free time she loves to watch the Broncos with her family and fellow Broncos Country Cowgirls. Lisa also organizes and hosts an annual Cystic Fibrosis fundraiser to raise money and awareness for the genetic disease. She currently lives in Golden with her husband, two step sons, son, daughter, and fur baby (dog).

Lisa’s Connection to Chicago: Lisa moved to Chicago after graduating from College. Even though she only lived there for a short time, she fell in love with the city; incredible history, unique architecture, restaurants, transportation and lots of people.
Lisa’s favorite Colorado pastime: Lisa loves going up into the mountains especially to watch her kids ski.
Nathan Beauchamp works for New American Funding as a Senior Mortgage Consultant helping families buy and refinance homes in the Denver area. Nathan grew up in the Midwest, and lived in the Chicago area for fourteen years before moving his family to Denver. With over a decade of experience helping families and individuals finance the home of their dreams, Nathan brings a wealth of experience to the table to help make your transition a smooth one.
Nathan loves spending time in the mountains: hiking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, and fly fishing. He has too many hobbies, and the weekends are never long enough! Nathan lives in Lakewood with his wife and two young boys.

- He has published 3 novels under a pseudonym and has several more in the works.
- He once got to wear a full set of authentic Medieval armor. It was very heavy!
- Has a handy streak and refinished his own basement.
Nathan’s Connection to Chicago: Nathan grew up in Valparaiso Indiana, 70 miles from Chicago. He spent many happy days touring the city before moving to the Chicago suburbs to attend college. After graduating in 2003, Nathan and his wife moved to Oak Park where they lived for over a decade.
Nathan’s favorite Colorado pastime: Mountain biking!
Aimee Skul owns a Farmers Insurance Agency in Arvada, Colorado. A Colorado Native, Aimee was born and raised in Greeley and moved to the Denver Metro area in 1997. She is married with 3 kids and when she is not watching her kids play Baseball, Hockey or Dance she is cheering for the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche or Colorado Rockies.
Aimee has 20+ year experience in the Financial Services Industry. She spent 8 years with Merrill Lynch before deciding to work for herself and start her Farmers Insurance Agency in 2005. Aimee is a graduate of the University of Farmers and has been recognized as one of the top agents in her district every year. Aimee is very active in the Arvada Chamber and is the Past Chair for the Jefferson County Business Education Alliance Board of Directors.

- Aimee got to drink Champagne from the Stanley Cup while celebrating the Colorado Avalanche championship in 2001.
- Aimee loves the beach and as a Colorado native spends most of her time away from home somewhere on a beach.
- Aimee has a passion for assisting teens in preparing for their future.
Connection to Chicago:
Aimee once drove 6 hours out of the way on a road trip in order to spend a couple of hours in the city of Chicago and has been planning to spend an extended period of time there ever since. Aimee has many friends who have relocated both from Denver to Chicago and from Chicago to Denver and has heard countless opinions on what makes each city great.
